Holding Cyber maneuvers

Holding Cyber maneuvers

It is the execution of a set of complex and controlled attacks used to create and upgrade capabilities, assess the organization's ability to deal with cyber-attacks, minimize the effects, and respond to attacks. This will increase organizations' ability and resistance to various types of cyber-attacks, as well as their security and experience in fixing security flaws and leaks.

During this planned event, a cyber disruption is simulated to test organizations' resilience to cyber-attacks and security threats. Cyber drills are also used to assess an organization's readiness in cyber crises, identifying vulnerable points as well as personnel knowledge and skills.

Three categories—round table scenarios, scenarios involving external attacks, and scenarios involving internal attacks—are used to group the scenarios. The following scenarios can also be used as suggested scenarios and the accuracy of the organization's performance in handling these attacks can be analyzed, in addition to the information security scenarios put forth by the employer and suitable for the type of business.
